Payment & Pricing

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro payments. As well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Please ensure that all details are clearly typed. Please note that price information is correct but product recipes and packaging are subject to minor change or substitution without notification.

Card Security

All card payments are processed through Stripe which conforms to the highest level of PCI DSS compliance - level 1.

Postage & Packing

For orders to mainland UK with a minimum value of £15 postage and packaging is free. For orders under this value it is charged at £3.49.

Delivery

All Internet orders are sent by either Royal Mail 48 or by APC courier. We aim to deliver your order within the following timescales following receipt of your order:

Mainland UK 2-3 working days
Highlands 5-7 working days
Northern Ireland 3-5 working days

These timescales are not guaranteed and if for any reason, we were unable to respect these time scales, we will contact and inform you of the situation. We will also contact you if we are unable to deliver your chosen product(s) within this time.

On receipt of delivery, we advise you to check all goods. If, however, you are unable to check the goods upon arrival, we recommend you write “unchecked” next to your signature on acknowledgement of goods.
