Ethically produced:
These boards are made with wood from very old olive trees that have come to the end of their natural fruiting life. This wood, instead of being discarded or used as firewood, is bought from the fruit farmers to make this beautiful range of boards and accessories. The farmer uses this injection of capital to buy younger, more productive, trees which allows them to continue employing members of their own family and that of the local community in some of the poorest regions of the world.

Made from:
Each board has been carved from one piece of olive wood, which is a very beautiful and very hard wood. Every piece is completely unique with stunning grain patterns and colour.

Care instructions:
Hand wash with hot, lightly soapy water. Treat often with olive, coconut or any other food grade oil. A care guide is included in with your board.
