Returns and replacements
As these are food items, we do not accept returns. If you have a problem with your order please contact us directly, stating your order number and reason for complaint to: email@example.com We review every case individually, and if needed we will send you out a replacement.
If you would like a refund, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and all the relevant information as to why you need a refund. We try to get back to everyone within 24 hours. We will issue refunds on a case by case basis.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
