- 1 Pack Jus-Rol's Val-au-Vents
- 150g soft Goats cheese
- 100g Cream cheese (Philadelphia)
- 1-2 Tbsp Cracked black pepper (coarse)
- Candied Jalapenos (Green or Red)

Preheat oven to 220°F.
Oven cook the Vol-au-vents according to packed instructions.
Meanwhile blend the goats cheese and cream cheese together until light and fluffy. Next add the black pepper (to taste).
Fill a piping bag with the cream cheese mixture using a piping nozzle if desired. Leave piping bag in the fridge until Vol-au-vents are cooked through and cooled. Once cooled, fill each vol-au-vent with a generous serving of your goats cheese mixture, and top with a single Candied Jalapeno. (buy here)
