1. Oven bake blinis as per instructions (if your oven is already full, use a Ritz cracker or Mini Cheddar).

2. Let the blinis cool, then spread with cream cheese.

3. Drain red and green jalapeño rings on kitchen towel.

4. Top a red or green (I chose to alternate) ring on each blini.

5. Decorate with dill leaf and serve immediately.
