Spicy Peach Margarita

Ingredients

50ml Tequila

25ml Triple Sec (or orange juice)

2 Peaches

1 Lime
Method

Slice a wedge of peach and put aside for garnish.

Place peaches in boiling water for 20 seconds or until the skin breaks.

Plunge peaches into ice water and then peel off the skin.

Remove stones and blend peach flesh into a puree.

Add the Red Rings, some ice, Tequila and Triple Sec and blend.

Rub a Haynes Gourmet Red Ring around the rim of the glass.

Dip the rim in a mixture of salt and sugar (or just salt).

Pour the blended peach mixture, garnish and serve.
