Spicy Paloma

Ingredients

50ml Tequila
-
60ml Pink Grapefruit juice

1 dash soda water
-
1 Lime
-
1 Grapefruit wedge
-
Sea salt
Method
-
Rub a Haynes Gourmet Red Ring around the rim of the glass.

Dip the glass rim in sea salt.

Fill the glass with ice.

Add the tequila (or vodka).
-
Finely chop and add the Red Rings.

Add the grapefruit juice.
-
Top with soda water and stir.

Add your garnish and serve.
