SPICY PEACH MARGARITA

Spicy Peach Margarita

Ingredients

Method

  1. Slice a wedge of peach and put aside for garnish.

  2. Place peaches in boiling water for 20 seconds or until the skin breaks.

  3. Plunge peaches into ice water and then peel off the skin.

  4. Remove stones and blend peach flesh into a puree.

  5. Add the Red Rings, some ice, Tequila and Triple Sec and blend. 

  6. Rub a Haynes Gourmet Red Ring around the rim of the glass.

  7. Dip the rim in a mixture of salt and sugar (or just salt).

  8. Pour the blended peach mixture, garnish and serve.

Bloody Mary

Ingredients

  • 50ml Vodka
  • 250ml Tomato Juice
  • 5 Haynes Gourmet Green Rings
  • Celery Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Lemon
  • Few drops of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Celery stick

 

Method

  1. Fill the glass with ice.
  2. Add the vodka.
  3. Finely chop and add the Green Rings.
  4. Add a squeeze of lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, small pinch celery salt (or just salt) and pepper.
  5. Add tomato juice and stir.
  6. Add celery stick garnish and serve.

Spicy Paloma

Ingredients

  • 50ml Tequila

  • 60ml Pink Grapefruit juice

  • 5 Haynes Gourmet Red Rings

  • 1 dash soda water

  • 1 Lime

  • 1 Grapefruit wedge

  • Sea salt

 

Method

  1. Rub a Haynes Gourmet Red Ring around the rim of the glass.

  2. Dip the glass rim in sea salt.

  3. Fill the glass with ice.

  4. Add the tequila (or vodka).

  5. Finely chop and add the Red Rings.

  6.  Add the grapefruit juice.

  7. Top with soda water and stir.

  8. Add your garnish and serve.

Chic Candied Jalapeno Martini

Chic Candied Jalapeno Martini

Looking for something to really make your party cocktails stand out? Look not further! This beautiful cocktail is chic and spicy. You get a lovely dry vodka martini with the afterburner of a Candied Jalapeño – it will certainly put a smile on your guests face.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Vodka
  • 1 tbsp Candied Jalapeño Liquid
  • 1 tbsp Vermouth
  • pinch of salt
  • ice
  • Candied Jalapeño to garnish (optional)

makes one glass

Method

Fill cocktail shaker half full with ice. Add Vodka, Vermouth, Candied Jalapeno syrup, pinch of salt and shake until we’ll mixed and chilled. Pour into martini glass and top glass with a few Candied Jalapenos to garnish.
